Life shows you mirror,...an unbelieveble picture of human race......

Yes an unbelievable picture, we are know to it but unaware of it................

I am working for a NGO Hurt Foundation of TISS (Tata Institute of Social Science) and trying to remove the canvas of my thoughts lets see whether i am really able to remove the canvas or will just satisfy my inner-self by changing the curtains, we are studying the best possible way to succeed in life by Managing our skill set and the best ever written books on Marketing, Finance, Human resources, Operation......bala...bala...,bala in MBA, We also know Y=C+G+I+(X-M), but where is the the other side of coins fit into it? Why people who are so called BPL has to purchase water @ price of Rs.5 per drum of 20 liter? Why there is no any school above class seven? Total Population 12 lakh and school for them is just four.............Bahut nainsafi hai ye! (This is just not fair) but who is responsible for it?
I remember one sloka from Gita:
न यह शरीर तुम्हारा है, न तुम शरीर के हो। यह अग्नि, जल, वायु, पृथ्वी, अाकाश से बना है अौर इसी में मिल जायेगा। परन्तु अात्मा स्थिर है - फिर तुम क्या हो?

None of us can ignore the fact that they are like us only, but not well treated because of our ignorance or there fate.
This is the month when every student of ITM needs to work with an NGO as a necessary part of their curriculum. and when comes compulsion most of students loose there focus, but some try to find out the reason, why its an required activity added to our curriculum. I am also the one who falls in second category of students of ITM, so as it was expected from me to get the perfect answer? I started to find the answer in my own different way, as every person is unique so there way of thinking is also differ widely. I ask  these things to few personality whom i admire. My brother Ravi told me a very simple thing "I guess this would be your 1st and the last time when you are directly involve and thinking 24*7 for it, so you have just 30 days to go, choice is yours whether you really wants a get to gather with the ugly face of society, I will say go for it like never before and draw a new horizon for some social cause".

Here is the pics of HURT foundation (HUman RighTs Foundation).
We started our work for social cause, we were 15 students from ITM who got there NGO project in TISS Hurt foundation under M/s Ruchi Sinha, Zarina Mam. Here I will tell you about our experience of very 1st day- Our Meeting was suppose to held at 10:00am on 4th January in Tiss and it was post-pond to 2pm on same day but few of out friends reached to the Tiss @ 10:00 am because of message delay, well that day we had two simple introduction ( because Ruchi mam came after 15  min) and an opportunity to clarify the meaning of Human Rights, each one of us put different view and all of a sudden we find a new Shreya Chaudhary when she started sharing one of her experience in Chennai with a poor kid, she was totaly different then what she usually in class in ITM. After a meeting of 2 hr we were asked to come on next saturday i.e 8th January'11 with full google about Human rights and Key Human rights issue in India.
2nd day in Tiss start with a meeting with  Anub, Ruchi and Zarina Mam.  There we met with other students of Masters in social welfare (MSW) and we start our work as an individual but in team. now we were divided into 3 team. one team is working with students of MSW at Rafiqe Nagar and Baba Nagar in Shivaji nagar. Out of 15 students we lucky 4{Me(Rakesh Ranjan) , Tanu srivastava, Kartik Anantharaman and Garima Pathak} got a project on making a "Business Plan to setup Vocational Training Institute for school drop-outs and house wife" in slum area it seems interesting and very strategically we have to finish it in just one month.
Our NGO Project guide M/s Anub a very smart, confident and young lady is pass-out from London School of Economics and heading this project of Dr. manmohan Singh as Director.

We decided to complete our Business Plan in two group.
  1. Group 1 - Rakesh and Tanu
  2. Group 2 - Kartik and Garima
  and in three steps.
  1. Step 1 - Identifying the Procedure of setup a Vocational Training Institute.
  2. Step 2 - Site Location identification and Target Group identification.
  3. Step 3 - Financial data and Marketing Strategy to prepare feasible Plan.
Dead line : 3rd February 2011.
